A little help finding your email.
Find your Email ID, open a message, and pick up where you left off.
Find and open your email
- Open your original email.
Find the message you received from Yavqo in your inbox.
- Copy the Email ID.
Scroll to the footer and copy the complete ID, including any hyphens. Your Email ID identifies one message; it is not your email address.
- Open it in the archive.
Paste the ID into the field on the archive homepage, then select Open email. If your email includes an archive link, you can open that link directly.
Common questions
Why does my Email ID return “No email found”?
Copy the ID again from the original email and check that no characters are missing. Paste only the ID into the lookup field, rather than the full archive link or your email address. If it still cannot be found, contact the sender; the message may no longer be available in the archive.
What if the archive is unavailable?
Check your internet connection and use Retry lookup. If you see a message about administrator attention, contact the sender. If you have made too many lookups, wait one minute before trying again.
Why are images or formatting missing?
The archive blocks externally loaded images and other remote content in HTML emails. Some formatting may differ from your inbox. If only a plain-text copy was saved, the archive displays that copy.
Can I share or print an archived email?
Use Copy link or Print email on the message page. Anyone with the link can open the message, so share it only with people who should see its contents. For long HTML emails, check your browser’s print preview because content inside the email frame may span pages differently.
Do I need an account?
No sign-in is required. Access is based on the message’s Email ID. Keep the ID and its archive link private.
Can I reply or change a message here?
The archive is read-only. To reply, return to the original email in your email app. For a correction or removal request, contact the sender.
