Your messages. Your access link.
Understand what the archive displays and how access to a message works.
What is stored and displayed
Archived email records are stored in Supabase. A record can include the Email ID, sender and recipient addresses, reply-to address, subject, message body, timestamps, archive URL, and delivery-related information such as status or provider reference.
The message page displays the subject, sender, recipient, date, Email ID, and saved message body. The lookup retrieves a specific message; the archive does not provide a public inbox or a list of messages.
How your Email ID is used
When you open an email, the Email ID is sent to the archive server to retrieve the matching record. It also appears in the page URL and may remain in your browser history, copied links, or bookmarks.
Copying a link does not create a separate permission or an expiring link. It shares the same access to that message.
Browser storage and remote content
The archive application does not set cookies or use browser local storage, and it does not include analytics scripts. It asks browsers not to cache archive responses and not to send the archive URL as a referrer.
HTML messages are displayed in an isolated frame. Scripts, forms, remote images, and externally loaded fonts are blocked. This can change how an email looks compared with the original message.
Connection information
The server temporarily uses the connecting IP address to limit repeated lookup requests. These counters are kept in server memory for about a minute. When a connection fails, application diagnostics record error names or status codes rather than email bodies.
Hosting and database providers may separately process connection information and maintain operational logs under their own settings.
Retention and removal
This archive application does not set an automatic deletion period. How long messages and provider logs are retained depends on the archive operator’s database and hosting settings.
For a retention question, correction, or removal request, contact the sender through the details in your original email. There is no self-service deletion option on this website. Removing a record from the archive does not remove copies already received, saved, or shared elsewhere.
